Privacy Policy
Effective from 26 June 2026
We take your privacy seriously. Here we explain what personal data we process, why, for how long, and what rights you have. We collect only what we genuinely need — no hidden tracking.

2. What data we process and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, email address, optionally the project type you select, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to reply to you and to arrange possible cooperation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract; subsidiarily Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Necessary cookies
We use technical cookies to run and secure the website (session and CSRF protection). The site does not work properly without them, so they do not require consent.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Analytics cookies
Only if you give us consent do we use Google Analytics to measure traffic anonymously. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent.
3. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers who process it on our behalf under a contract:
- Mailgun (Sinch) — delivery of emails from the contact form; data is processed within the EU.
- Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics and the map (Google Maps) in the contact section, both only with your consent. This may involve a transfer to the USA under appropriate safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses).
- Hosting provider — operation of the server the website runs on. [ADD hosting provider name]
4. Retention period
We keep contact enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and any follow-up communication, for a maximum of 2 years. If an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, we keep the data for the period required by applicable law. Cookies are kept according to their type — necessary ones until the end of the session, analytics ones according to Google settings.
5. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right:
- to access your data and obtain a copy,
- to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
- to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”),
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing,
- to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing).
You can exercise your rights by email at [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
